Requesting Assistance
- Ask Questions in the open forum Channel
- If you need assistance with gameplay, rules, or character setup, feel free to ask in open forum. Our moderators and community members are happy to provide guidance.
- Direct Message Option
- For private or sensitive matters, you can also direct message a moderator to request a private channel. They will handle your request discreetly and ensure your concerns are addressed.
- Quick Tips for Assistance
- Be specific: The more details you provide, the faster we can help.
- Check existing answers: Often, common questions are already addressed in the channel, so a quick search may help you find an immediate answer.
Providing Feedback
- General Feedback
- We welcome feedback on your experience, server events, or community improvements. If you have suggestions, you can post them in suggestions or share them directly with a moderator.
- Event and Gameplay Feedback
- After events, moderators may open discussions or polls to gather your thoughts on what worked well and what could be improved. Participate in these to help shape future events and gameplay.
- Community Suggestions
- If you have ideas for new features, roleplay scenarios, or server adjustments, share them with us! Constructive feedback is highly valued and helps us create a better experience for everyone.
Contacting the Community Sponsor for Escalated Issues
- For more serious concerns or if you feel an issue hasn’t been resolved, you may request an escalation to the Community Sponsor. This can be done by submitting a case within Discord or contacting a moderator to initiate the process.
