Duncan "Shaggy" Michaels
Mechanic, Business Owner
Owner of Shaggy's Auto Repairs based south of Gliniska. Mr Michaels is the sole survivor of his family and remains to be the longest living survivor in present-day Livonia.
Josh Morris
Trader, Business Owner
Owner of the Tortuga Trading Ports based out of Olszanka, Mr Morris has served time as a Deputy and later, Sheriff of the so-called 'false project' before finding peace providing trade links between the East and West.
Captain Henry Steele
DECEASED | Retired Officer, Business Owner
The eventual owner of "Captain Steeles, Real Steel", poor business choices led to the eventual demise of this individual. Having arrived into Livonia as an alleged retired Captain from the British Army, English Born Henry soon found himself embroiled with the Red Star. He was executed at the Tortuga Trading Ports by John "Raven" Allen of Odin's Order.
Teodors Morawiecki
Civilian, Award Recipient
Not much is known about Mr Morawiecki other than he is known around the area as "Teddy". Teddy, as they say, was the first recipient of the Civilian Award for Gallantry in response to his conspicuous courage in circumstances of extreme danger during an incident at the Tortuga Trading Port. His swift action saw the dispatch of one Red Star operative saving the life of Mr Josh Morris.
Jarl John "Raven" Allen
JARL, Leader of Odin's Order
Jarl Allen has had an eclectic journey in his time in Livonia. Once again wearing the uniform of the Order, he leads the primary resisting force against the Red Star. A private military contractor, Odin's Order provide the LSC security and escort services under Jarl Allen's leadership.
Eoin Murphy
Proprietor of 'The Camp'
Mr Murphy is a relative newcomer to Livonia. In his short time he has come across troves of historical information connecting dots of a group once known as the 'Conquering Lions'. A selfless man to looks after 'The Camp' just west of Shaggy's Auto Repair Shop. Survivors can get in touch with Mr Murphy to book classes in survival, shooting and other essential skills for the current world climate.
Robert Bedsworth
DECEASED | Labourer, Caretaker of Kopa Trading Post
Mr Bedsworth spent much of his time selflessly providing for others. A man who would go out his way to venture into the wilderness and seek the supplies survivors were in much need of. This effort got him a good name in Livonia and he was offered Kopa Trading Post to help enhance his efforts. It wasn't to be, Mr Bedsworth became the latest in a long line of 'Kopa Targets'. The Red Star planted a dirty bomb that could only be made safe by a controlled detonation. This was done by Odin's Order who, at the time, were not aware of Mr Bedsworth's presence at the site. He subsequently died of suffocation in Kopa tower.
